Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day club operations, guest check-ins, member retention, and account maintenance. You will support the Club Manager with daily tasks, deposits, and inventory while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires weekend/evening/week holiday availability, cash handling experience, and 1–2 years in a customer service function.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins.
• Support club manager with daily tasks and scheduling.
• Maintain member accounts and drive customer service excellence.
• Process deposits and manage desk inventory and supplies.
