Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day front desk and Kids Club operations. You will hire, recruit, schedule and train staff while ensuring guest check-ins, member retention and quality service.

Reports to the Club Manager. This full-time role requires weekend/evening availability and a focus on driving revenue through retail and member engagement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Experience in cash handling and processing credit cards
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage club follow ups to keep member accounts current
• Follow front desk and Kids Club procedures
• Assist Club Manager with all club operations
• Handle daily deposits
• Maintain office supply orders
• Manage desk inventory
• Submit product orders
• Attend staff and club meetings and events
• Build professional relationships with members and staff
• Complete daily reports and checklists on time
• Keep front desk clean, maintained and organized
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
• Drive in-club revenue with retail products
