Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Front Office Operations: reservations, renewals, check-ins/outs, and reports.
• Guest Services: meet guest needs, conduct tours for potential guests, and fulfill special requests.
• Laundry Duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels; keep laundry area tidy.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: vacuum, dust, sanitize public areas, and manage supplies.
• Sales & Marketing: assist with in-house guest sales and occupancy initiatives.
• Emergency Procedures: know and follow property emergency procedures; ensure security.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
