Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office tasks: reservations, check-ins/outs, and reports.
• Provide guest services: meet needs, tours, close sales, fulfill requests.
• Handle laundry: wash, dry, fold, organize linens and towels.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of public areas and stock supplies.
• Support sales and marketing to increase occupancy.
• Follow emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
