Job summary

KCN Campgrounds in Kansas is seeking a friendly front desk associate to handle guest registration, front desk and store procedures, and to deliver excellent guest service. You will greet guests warmly, process reservations, and assist with store operations while representing a welcoming KOA experience.

The role requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak the English language fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer services skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Greeting all guests with a positive attitude and a proper KOA uniform and nametag.
• Handle all guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging their concern.
• Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Follow cash and credit card handling procedures and use front desk equipment.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning programs for front office and store facilities.
• Promote local attractions and KOA system through sales and referrals.
• Other duties as assigned, including maintenance or housekeeping tasks if needed.
