Qualifications

• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person.
• Greet all guests with a positive attitude and proper KOA uniform.
• Handle guest issues with respect and listening.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Operate cash handling and front desk equipment accurately.
• Stocking and cleaning programs for front office and store facilities.
• Promote local attractions and KOA system through sales and referrals.
• May assist with maintenance or housekeeping duties as needed.
