Job summary

KCN Campgrounds is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate at our Wisconsin campground. You will handle guest registrations, front desk duties, and store operations while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, resolving issues with professionalism, handling cash and credit transactions, stocking and cleaning, and promoting local attractions and KOA programs. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak fluent English.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service over the telephone and in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.
• Greet all guests with a positive attitude, proper KOA uniform, and nametag.
• Handle guest issues with respect by listening and acknowledging concerns.
• Follow KOA guidelines for registrations, reservations, store sales and refunds.
• Use cash registers and front desk equipment per procedures.
• Manage stocking and cleaning programs for front office and store facilities.
• Promote local attractions and KOA systems through sales and referrals.
