Job summary

KCN Campgrounds in Sheridan, WY, is seeking a friendly front desk associate to manage guest registrations, check-ins, and store operations at our KOA. The role reports to the General Manager and requires a positive, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include delivering superb customer service over the phone and in person, handling cash and card transactions, stocking and cleaning duties, and promoting KOA programs and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speak and hear).
• Experience operating a computer and cash register.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service by phone and in person at the front desk.
• Greet guests with a friendly appearance and KOA uniform.
• Handle guest inquiries, registrations, and store sales following KOA procedures.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and use of front desk equipment as needed.
• Promote KOA services and local attractions to guests.
