Job summary

KCN is seeking a front desk associate for our KOA campground operations. The role focuses on delivering superior guest service, handling registrations, and promoting local attractions while maintaining a welcoming and accurate front desk environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, reservations, and assisting with store duties, with occasional maintenance or housekeeping tasks as needed. Background checks apply for all employees.

Qualifications

• Hear and speak the English language fluently.
• Knowledge of computer and cash register operation.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a positive attitude and maintain a professional appearance.
• Handle registrations, reservations, and front desk cash/credit transactions.
• Process store sales and refunds following KOA guidelines.
• Stocking and cleaning duties as requested for front office and store facilities.
• Promote KOA and local attractions through sales and referrals.
