Four Points by Sheraton Richmond is seeking an upbeat Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and memorable experiences. You will handle check-ins/outs, provide information on rooms and amenities, and resolve guest issues with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates bring prior front desk experience, familiarity with hotel reservation systems like OnQ or Opera, and strong communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
• Experience with hotel reservations software like OnQ or Opera.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities.
• Audit and balance all cash and credit transactions per policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
