As a front-office specialist, you will handle guest requests, payments, and reservations changes with a professional, friendly demeanor, while coordinating with housekeeping for timely service. Weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with PMS is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and register them efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments, room assignments, and reservations changes accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for timely service.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
