Job summary

The Burgess Hotel, Atlanta, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is seeking a front desk associate to warmly welcome guests and help create a memorable stay. Candidates should have Lightspeed and/or Marriott PMS experience, with Opera experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience are expected; night shifts may be required. Responsibilities include serving guests, handling check-ins/outs, and maintaining a courteous, efficient experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months in related experience and/or training.
• Opera experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, memorable welcome either in person or by phone.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and timely manner.
