Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, efficient guest service and resolve requests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Encourage repeat business by taking future reservations and offering brand alternatives.
• Identify sales leads through guest interactions and report to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments on guest needs and late check-outs.
• Ensure payment methods are verified and cash handling balances at shift end.
• Learn and use the PMS system for front desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and public areas.
