Cape Arundel Inn & Resort is looking for friendly Front Desk Agents to join our Guest Services team. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with duties including greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping.

Ideal candidates are flexible, personable, and ready to exceed guest expectations, offering warm hospitality and proactive service to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Experienced in guest-facing roles and able to greet and assist guests professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexible, personable, and able to coordinate with housekeeping and reservations teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone services for guests and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Greet and welcome guests; check in guests and issue room keys.
• Verify identification and payment methods at check in/out; explain charges to guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and forward requests via Whistle system.
• Assist guests with reservations, directions, and concierge recommendations.
