Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year hotel industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication under pressure.
• Proficient with reservation systems and MS Office.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate customer complaints as needed.
• Greet, check-in, and check-out guests; distribute keys and record room assignments.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and ensure up-to-date records.
• Book rooms in person, online, and via calls; answer inquiries about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
