Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, is seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Agents for part-time and full-time roles. Provide warm welcomes, handle inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates will greet guests, check them in, verify IDs and payments, assist with luggage, and stay informed about property events. Join a team dedicated to exceptional service and memorable stays.

Formación

• Warm, guest-focused demeanor and strong communication.
• Ability to manage reservations and inquiries.
• Capable of standing for long shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests; handle telephone inquiries and direct calls.
• Check in guests, issue room keys, and convey property information.
• Verify IDs and payment details at check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with luggage; coordinate with housekeeping and drivers.
• Monitor front office reports; manage room assignments and charges.
• Provide information on hotel services, rates, packages, and local directions.
