Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle reservations and guest inquiries.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct calls and route to appropriate personnel per service scripts.
• Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Assist with room inspections and refreshments for guests.
• Support overall guest experience and service standards.
