SI Staffing, Inc. seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent for a hotel property in Baltimore, MD. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and provide information about amenities and local attractions.

The role requires flexibility to work multiple shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour for 32 hours per week. Uniforms are provided and customer service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills; hotel property management system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Process guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cancellations, and payments.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and concerns.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain accurate guest records and complete basic administrative tasks.
• Address guest complaints professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Remove trash and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
