Job summary

ARK is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent in Titusville, Florida, to be the first point of contact and set the tone for every guest's stay.

You will welcome guests, manage the registration and reservations, answer inquiries on the switchboard, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and assist with check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining a guest-focused attitude. Weekend availability is often required for this role, and compensation ranges from $15 to $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
• Take reservations in person, via email, or over the phone, including group bookings.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
