Job summary

ARK is seeking a friendly Hotel Front Desk Attendant at our Florida location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and information on amenities.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues, operate the switchboard, greet guests, and manage registrations. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds is required; weekend and holiday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
