GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check in and check out, and manage guest accounts to ensure a smooth, memorable stay.

You will handle reservations across in person, online, and phone channels, answer guest questions, coordinate with housekeeping, maintain accurate records, and resolve issues with professionalism in a fast‑paced, high‑energy hotel environment in Houston.

Formación

• Experience answering telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• Microsoft Office and reservation management systems knowledge required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong time management, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Hospitality experience as front desk agent or similar preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome, register, check-in, and check-out guests; provide keys and room numbers; record credit card information.
• Manage room bookings in person, online, and by phone; address inquiries about rooms, amenities, rates, and rewards programs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
• Keep accurate records of guest account information and bookings.
• Handle customer complaints as necessary.
