Job summary

Sincere Hospitality in Houston is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in/out, and set the tone for a memorable stay. You will handle calls, emails, and guest requests, while maintaining accurate records in the hotel systems and ensuring a clean, organized front desk.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in/out; provide courteous, efficient service.
• Handle calls, emails and in-person inquiries; route messages accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest records and transactions using hotel systems; ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain a tidy, organized front desk area and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance.
