Responsibilities

• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest accounts and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Check-in/out guests, issue keys, and record payments.
• Take reservations by phone, online, and in person and address guest needs.
