Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Lane & South Coast Counties & Alaska is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support front-end operations, processing, and donation receiving. You will help maintain a clean, safe store environment while engaging with donors and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older; 18+ to operate safety-sensitive equipment.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Certification on equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, tilt) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting and engaging with customers and donors.
• Operate cash register and POS system; balance cash drawer and complete daily reports.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods according to guidelines and quality standards.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized sales floor displays.
• Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas; follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
