Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide friendly, efficient customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately.
• Capacity to read and follow store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers and donors.
• Operate cash register and POS system, balance cash drawer daily.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods per guidelines and quality standards.
• Restock merchandise and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment and report hazards.
