Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and respond to written and verbal instructions in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to handle cash transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Willingness to learn store policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and engage with customers and donors.
• Operate cash register and POS system; balance cash drawer and complete daily reports.
• Receive, sort, and price donated goods according to guidelines.
• Restock merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas including restrooms and back rooms.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and asset protection procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production and sales goals.
