Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registrations, and guide them through checkout at our resort property in Indio, CA.

You will provide information on the resort, attractions, and nearby area, and process room reservations and quotes. The role requires strong communication in English, basic math and cash-handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and confirm reservations.
• Issue unit keys and share information about the resort and attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
