Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Washington state. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them through registration, issue keys, and provide resort information while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

You will handle transactions, balance cash, complete checkout procedures, and assist with reservations and rate quotes. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately and securely.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• warmly welcome guests from around the world and assist from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process and issue unit keys.
• Provide information about the resort and local attractions and answer guest questions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions per established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling duties as required.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm individual or group reservations and provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly and completely to guest inquiries and concerns.
