Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in Orlando is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet guests, check them in and out, and handle reservations with accuracy. You will post charges, manage cash, and maintain a smooth front-office flow.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, checks, and credit cards for hotel charges accurately.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates, discounts, and cancellation procedures.
• Take same-day reservations and follow relocation procedures when needed.
