Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.

• Ability to input and retrieve information using computer systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with arrival/departure.
• Conduct registration and check-out using computer systems.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and payments with accuracy.
