The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando is hiring a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay. Join a dynamic team, streamline check-in/out, handle guest questions, and support multiple outlets across the property.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least one year of front desk or guest-service experience, and proficiency with MS Office and hotel PMS systems such as OPERA, OnQ or Maestro.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest-service experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and hotel PMS systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled guest service at check-in and check-out.
• Answer guest questions and resolve requests promptly.
• Assist with multiple outlets as needed on property.
• Maintain accurate records in the PMS and MS Office suite.
• Support a smooth, memorable guest experience throughout stay.
