Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
• Strong communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Cash handling with PCI compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with PMS systems.
• English required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out.
• Process payments per resort policies.
• Respond to guest inquiries about amenities, dining, activities.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Security and other departments.
• Review folios and assist with billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and resort data.
