Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a front-line restaurant associate to warmly welcome guests, escort them to tables, and present menus. You will communicate with the wait staff to ensure a high-quality dining experience and assist with table setup and beverage refills.

The role requires strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies. This position is on-site and requires attendance at scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
• Excellent customer relations skills are essential for guest satisfaction.
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills are required for daily operations.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS and POS supports efficient service.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities are valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome hotel guests with a smile and proper greeting.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with wait staff to ensure guest satisfaction meets standards.
• Refill beverages, set tables, and maintain clean eating areas.
• Assist with additional duties during downtime as directed by management.
