Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest services in hospitality or vacation ownership.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills to handle guest requests.
• Ability to explain amenities and services clearly to Owners/guests.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and explain amenities and hours.
• Respond to questions and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Inform guests about room features and local activities.
• Follow up to ensure requests are met to satisfaction.
• Answer calls and route to appropriate departments; assist with bellman duties as needed.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions and uphold company standards.
