Job summary

Qualifications
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience.
- Concierge and/or sales experience is preferred.
- Position may require background and drug screening per state/local requirements.
Responsibilities
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations.
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
- Ensures that Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services.
- Uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
