Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Front Office Leader in Scottsdale to oversee Bell Staff, Switchboard, Guest Services/Front Desk and Gift Shop. You will direct front office operations, drive guest satisfaction, and work with managers to maximize department financial performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or an associate degree) with multiple years in guest services or front desk. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in guest services/front desk or related area, OR a 2-year degree with 2 years in guest services/front desk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Services Team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and complete work.
• Manage Front Office policies and procedures per SOPs/LSOPs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in HR activities including interviewing and hiring managers.
• Monitor performance and recognize team contributions.
