Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions on property use and amenities, offering recommendations.
• Follow up on Owner referrals and leads.
• Fulfill requests on pricing, maps, descriptions, room locations and portfolio details.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction and discuss upcoming promotions.
• Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up.
