Job summary

Festival Foods in West Allis is hiring a Guest Services Desk Clerk to deliver outstanding service at the front end. You will respond to inquiries, process transactions, handle refunds, and support guest needs with a friendly, professional attitude.

This role requires 16 hours per week minimum with shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays. You will help with cash handling, ticket sales, and other service counter tasks while upholding quality standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum availability must include 16 hours per week with at least 8 hours per day on available days.
• Genuine interest in helping guests and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle register system information accurately and prioritize tasks.
• Clear communication with guests and associates.
• Operate necessary front-end equipment and work in a busy store environment.
• Strong collaboration to support team success.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Process transactions, manage cash and media, and handle service counter duties.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; route unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain quality standards and accuracy of transactions and inventory checks.
• Distribute cashier tills and support cashiers throughout the day.
• Attend schedule and collaborate with the team; perform other duties as assigned.
