Job summary

Festival Foods is seeking a Guest Services Clerk in West Allis, WI. The role reports to the Guest Services Manager and offers part-time opportunities with mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability.

You will provide outstanding service, process transactions accurately, assist with refunds and ticket services, and support the team to ensure smooth store operations while upholding quality standards and customer care.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week and 8 hours per day.
• Customer focus with strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail for accurate register operation and data entry.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Technical aptitude to operate store equipment and systems.
• Teamwork and collaboration to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service at the guest counter in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash at the Service Counter; handle tills.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and DMV/lottery/ticket services.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure quantity checks at 10 am and 5 pm.
• Distribute cashier tills and coordinate with cashiers throughout the day.
• Attend the schedule, arrange replacements when needed and perform other duties.
