Qualifications

• Availability: Minimum 16 hours a week with at least 8 hours per day on available days.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail in processing transactions and using the register system.
• Effective communication with guests and associates.
• Able to operate equipment and handle a wide range of goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Outstanding Service: respond to inquiries and resolve complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure Smooth Operations: process transactions accurately and manage cashier tills and service counter duties.
• Support Guest Needs: assist with refunds, exchanges, and offers; route unresolved issues appropriately.
• Quality Standards: meet quantity expectations at set times and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
• Money Handling: distribute cashier tills and maintain cash and media at registers.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and provide notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
