You will process refunds and exchanges, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment with a strong customer focus. This role offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to our community-oriented grocery team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week, with shifts including some days.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented in handling registers and transactions.
• Good communication with guests and fellow associates.
• Ability to operate store equipment and handle a variety of duties.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative attitude to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Process transactions accurately and manage the Service Counter cash and media.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; escalate unresolved issues.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely task completion.
• Distribute cashier tills and support cashiers as needed.
• Attend shifts reliably and notify when replacements are required.
• Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned.
