You will assist with refunds, exchanges, and special offers, support cashiers, and help maintain store standards. This role requires availability for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 16 hours per week with flexible days.
• Demonstrates strong customer focus and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail in register and transactions.
• Clear, effective communication with guests and associates.
• Technical ability to operate store equipment and POS.
• Team player with collaboration and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Process transactions accurately at the Service Counter and manage tills.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers while recording inquiries.
• Maintain quality standards with 100% accuracy at 10am and 5pm checks.
• Distribute cashier tills and support cashiers throughout the shift.
• Regular attendance and timely communication to arrange replacements if needed.
