In this role you’ll scan items, process transactions accurately, bag purchases with care, and stay informed about promotions to better assist guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills: ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales and service.
• Retail experience: ability to process information and merchandise transactions and handle cash at registers.
• Communication: strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Accuracy: ability to read, count, and write accurately to ensure precise transactions.
• Equipment operation: ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

• Communication: relay guest requests to Guest Services leadership.
• Quality Standards: meet quality/quantity standards, especially during peak times.
• Teamwork: perform other duties to support the team.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and give notice for absences.
