Festival Foods in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a friendly Guest Services Clerk for a part-time role. You will assist guests, process transactions, manage refunds and exchanges, and promote a welcoming store environment. Reports to the Guest Services Manager.

You’ll need strong customer service, attention to detail, and good communication. The position offers flexible hours, a 15% associate discount, and weekly pay with premium holiday rates.

Qualifications

• Availability of 16 hours per week with at least 8 hours per day.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Attention to detail in register operations and tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve inquiries in-person, by phone, or electronically.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain cash/media at the Service Counter.
• Assist with refunds, exchanges, and offers; record inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
