Festival Foods in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a part-time Guest Services Clerk to join our team. The role involves delivering outstanding service at the guest desk, processing transactions, handling refunds or exchanges, and supporting ticket and services as needed.

You'll work 16 hours per week minimum with flexible mornings, afternoons, or evenings, and join a team focused on guest satisfaction and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum availability must include 16 hours a week with a minimum of 8 hours per day during available days.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Attention to detail; able to process information accurately at the register.
• Effective communication with guests and associates.
• Operate the register system and various store equipment.
• Team-oriented with willingness to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately process transactions and manage cash at the Service Counter.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; route unresolved issues appropriately.
• Maintain quality standards and assist with daily service counter metrics.
• Distribute cashier tills and coordinate with cashiers to meet guest needs.
• Honor commitments; maintain consistent attendance and assist with coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with the team and perform other duties as assigned.
