Qualifications

• Availability to work minimum 16 hours per week, with at least 8 hours per day on available shifts.

• Ability to operate store equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries, offering information, and resolving complaints professionally.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash and media at the service counter.
• Assist guests with refunds, exchanges, and offers; record inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure 100% quantity checks at set times.
• Collaborate with cashiers and staff to meet guest needs throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support a welcoming store environment.
