Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests on-site, coordinating with coworkers to meet service standards. Under the Account Manager, you’ll handle coordination tasks, provide guidance when needed, and assist with issue resolution when expediency is priority.

The role involves delivering aggressive hospitality, managing schedules with the team, and ensuring accurate ticketing, cash handling, and shift reporting.

Qualifications

• Greet guests promptly and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Explain parking and valet procedures to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with directions and reservations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, client staff and coworkers.
• Open doors for guests and guide vehicle parking and retrieval.
• Post phone etiquette and assist with bell services as needed.
• Lead the work group and coordinate shifts under the Account Manager guidance.
• Issue and track vehicle keys, receipts, and guest folios securely.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information and privacy.
