Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and coordinate with the Account Manager. The role emphasizes hospitality, accurate ticketing, and guest issue management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with parking, providing information, and guiding teammates. The position requires high school diploma, 18+ age, and the ability to pass background checks; shifts may include AM/PM and open

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Wheelchair Safety Training.
• Six (6) months related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, client staff and coworkers.
• Open doors for guests and assist with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Provide bell services, directions, taxis, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Lead the work group and assist with schedule changes and workload adjustments.
• Accurately complete ticket and location information for valet system and secure keys.
