Job summary

Towne is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests alongside coworkers, ensuring standards are met or exceeded. Under the Account Manager, you will coordinate and administer tasks, with the ability to handle issues when a manager is not on-site.

This role emphasizes aggressive hospitality, guest engagement, door service, parking procedures, and direct guest assistance while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional guest service.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within 30 seconds; manage parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Open doors for guests and assist with directions, reservations and inquiries.
• Lead the work group as directed by the Account Manager and allocate routine roles.
• Issue and track vehicle keys and claim checks; manage cash handling accurately.
• Protect guest confidentiality and ensure data security per policy.
• Assist with scheduling, revenue collection, and shift reporting.
