Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests with enthusiasm and proper salutation.
• Assist guests entering/exiting vehicles; open doors and entrances.
• Prepare luggage and belongings for delivery; assist in driveway/lobby areas.
• Utilize luggage tags to ensure proper storage and delivery; secure keys.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, events, and local attractions; arrange transportation as requested.
• Maintain a clear driveway and lobby; secure keys and ensure vehicle security.
• Complete valet tickets accurately and ensure security of guests' vehicles.
